Build Week Hackathon Winners Announced
After an incredible week of building, experimenting, and shipping, we're excited to announce the winners of the Build Week Hackathon!
Our first hackathon brought together an amazing community of builders, attracting 100+ registrations, 40+ active builders, and 30+ project submissions. Throughout the week, participants transformed ideas into working products, explored blockchain technology, and showcased what can be accomplished with determination, creativity, and collaboration.
The quality of submissions exceeded our expectations. From AI infrastructure and decentralized security to real-world blockchain applications, every team demonstrated innovation and technical excellence. Choosing the winners was no easy task, and we'd like to sincerely congratulate every participant for their hard work, commitment, and willingness to build something new.
First Place — Agent Escrow
Agent Escrow is a trustless on-chain escrow and settlement layer built for the AI agent economy. It enables AI agents — and humans — to safely hire one another for tasks by locking payments (ETH or USDC) into a smart contract until work has been completed and verified.
A buyer creates a task and funds the escrow, a worker claims the task and submits proof of completion, and funds are released only after approval. If disagreements arise, built-in dispute and timeout mechanisms ensure fair resolution without relying on a trusted intermediary. The smart contract itself acts as the neutral custodian.
The platform addresses a critical missing piece in today's AI ecosystem. While protocols such as MCP and A2A enable communication between agents, they do not provide conditional payment settlement, verifiable task completion, or decentralized dispute resolution. Agent Escrow fills that gap with a modern React + Three.js Web3 interface, wallet connectivity, and an intuitive dashboard for managing escrows, providing foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI agents to transact securely.
Second Place — Velora
Velora is a programmable policy layer built for AI agents on BOT Chain, allowing users to safely authorize AI agents without ever exposing private keys or surrendering complete wallet control.
Instead of trusting an agent directly, users deploy smart-contract-based policies that define spending limits, budgets, and execution rules. Every transaction request is independently validated against these predefined policies before execution. Only approved actions are permitted, while budgets tracked in BOT tokens are automatically updated.
By making the smart contract — not the AI agent or any centralized party — the ultimate authority over permissions, Velora creates a secure and flexible framework for delegated autonomous actions on-chain.
Third Place — Trust Ticket
Trust Ticket is a blockchain-powered concert ticketing platform built on BOTChain that brings transparency and security to event ticket ownership.
Rather than storing tickets in a centralized database, Trust Ticket issues verifiable on-chain tickets directly to users' connected wallets. Every ticket is transparent, transferable, and permanently recorded on the blockchain.
For event organizers and attendees alike, the platform simplifies the entire experience. A single QR code scan performs one-time check-in while preventing duplicate entries and ticket fraud. Trust Ticket also features an event discovery page, a personal "My Tickets" dashboard, and an organizer portal — all powered by its deployed smart contract infrastructure.
Congratulations to Everyone
Congratulations to our three winning teams for their outstanding projects and well-deserved recognition!
To every participant who joined the Build Week Hackathon — thank you for your dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm throughout the event. Every project submitted represents valuable learning, experimentation, and progress, and we're incredibly proud of what this community accomplished together in just one week.
A special thank you to On Chain Consultancy for supporting the Build Week Hackathon from day one and helping make this event possible. Your continued support empowers builders to explore, innovate, and bring new ideas to life.
This is only the beginning. We're excited to continue growing this builder community and can't wait to see what you'll create next.
Stay tuned for more hackathons, workshops, and opportunities to build with us. See you at the next one!
