UncensoredLabs Gives You One OpenAI-Compatible API for Uncensored and Abliterated Models
Most hosted AI models are tuned to refuse a long list of requests. That is a sensible default for a consumer assistant, but it can get in the way of legitimate work like security testing, fiction, or red-teaming.
UncensoredLabs (uncensoredlabs.dev) is a prepaid API and chat service, built in Switzerland, for uncensored and "abliterated" language models: models modified so they no longer refuse by default. You get one familiar endpoint, one key, and per-token pricing you can read before you spend anything.
What it actually does

It is built around the OpenAI chat-completions format, so tools you already use keep working:
- OpenAI-compatible endpoint — chat completions with streaming. Existing OpenAI-compatible clients work by changing the API base URL: point yours at UncensoredLabs, swap in your key, and pick a model ID.
- A published model catalog — at the time of writing, GLM-5.3 Abliterated ($1.40 per 1M input tokens) and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017 Abliterated ($0.30 per 1M input tokens), each with a 1,000,000-token context window.
- Key controls — spending limits, model allowlists, and usage accounting per key, which helps when more than one person or product shares an account.
- Clear billing — per-request price snapshots and reserve-then-settle accounting, so what you were charged matches the price you saw.
- Browser chat — a hosted chat if you want to try a model before writing any code.
UncensoredLabs is a paid, prepaid API service. New accounts get $0.10 in free usage credits, top-ups start at $3, and optional one-time packages ($20, $50, $200) add a discount for 30 days. Credits do not expire and nothing renews automatically.
Why it is worth a look
Because the interface is the OpenAI one, switching costs almost nothing: no new SDK, no new request format. You can compare an abliterated model against what you use today by changing two settings.
It is also unusually specific about data. UncensoredLabs says it does not store prompts or model responses on its application servers, keeps usage and financial metadata, and saves browser chat history only if you opt in. Content retention still depends on the upstream inference provider, which the site says plainly.
Two honest caveats. The speed and uptime figures on the site are labeled as estimates or provider-check proxies, not guarantees. And "uncensored" does not mean "no rules": the site links an Acceptable Use policy, and what you build with these models is your responsibility.
How to get started
Create an account on uncensoredlabs.dev and you receive the $0.10 starter credit. Add prepaid credits if you want to keep going, generate an API key, set your OpenAI client's base URL to the UncensoredLabs endpoint, and choose a model ID from the catalog.
The documentation includes a cURL example and an OpenAPI specification. Start with a spending limit on your key and an allowlist of the one model you are testing, then raise them once you know what your usage looks like.
One key, your choice of model
A published per-token price list, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and $0.10 in free credits when you create an account.
